This project literally 'makes the ground' for future shipyard, port, supply base, and renewable energy developments, representing a critical first-phase investment in infrastructure that will drive regional growth for decades."

SHIPYARD (LOT 1 242.35 Acres)
Preliminaries & Generally Shipyard (400,000m2) PMC, Feed, Consultants Fees, EIA, Survey, SI etc. This project marks the development of Sabah’s largest and most advanced integrated shipyard, strategically situated within MSOGSB’s expanded Sipitang Terminal. Spanning 242.35 acres with over 400,000 m² of operational facilities, the shipyard will serve as a regional hub for shipbuilding, repair, fabrication, and offshore structure construction. Designed to support both conventional maritime and emerging energy industries, it will enhance Sabah’s role in Malaysia’s maritime and energy sectors.

OIL STORAGE TANK FARM (LOT 2 193.31 Acres)

X 16m H) Administration & Common facilities PMC, Feed, Consultants Fees, EIA, Survey, SI etc. This project involves the development of a major strategic storage hub on a 193.31-acre site, forming a critical component of MSOGSB's integrated energy terminal. The facility will consist of 36 large-scale storage tanks, each with an 80-meter diameter and 16-meter height, designed for the safe and efficient bulk storage of crude oil, refined petroleum products, and chemical feedstocks. It will enhance regional energy security, trading flexibility, and supply chain resilience.

JETTY AND PIPELINES
Project Description: Deep-Sea Jetty and Subsea Pipeline System Project Title: Marine Loading/Offloading and Subsea Transfer Infrastructure Client/Developer: Marmaz Sipitang Oil and Gas Sdn Bhd (MSOGSB) Project Scope: Design and construction of a dedicated deep-sea jetty and integrated pipeline network for the safe and efficient transfer of bulk liquids and gases. Key Infrastructure: Multi-berth Jetty Structure and Subsea/Pipeline Network. The jetty and pipeline system is the strategic gateway for the entire Sipitang Terminal. It unlocks the terminal's full potential by enabling large-scale maritime trade, ensuring efficient logistics for the tank farm and future industries, and significantly enhancing Sabah's position as a regional energy import/export hub. Its design will accommodate future expansion and diversification of cargo types, including next-generation fuels.

Project Description: Centralized Utilities and Administration Complex (Lot 4: 27.99 Acres)
Project Title: Development of Integrated Utilities Hub and Support Facilities Client/Developer: Marmaz Sipitang Oil and Gas Sdn Bhd (MSOGSB) Project Scope: Construction of a dedicated central utilities plant and non-process infrastructure to serve the entire Sipitang Terminal. Site Area: 27.99 Acres This project establishes the critical "heart and nerve center" for the Sipitang Terminal's operations. Located on a 27.99-acre site, it involves the development of a fully integrated utilities plant—providing reliable power, water, and gas supply—alongside essential administrative and support buildings. This complex ensures operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability for all terminal assets, including the tank farm, shipyard, and jetty.
